We went from Bill and Lorraine's house, out by the mine, to Pinto and then over to Pinto Springs. Bill and Lorraine, Brooke and Curt, and CJ and Lacie had done the ride before, but it was mine and Brett's first time on this trail. And it was a blast!
We got to use CJ's winch to pull a tree off of the trail.
We played in the water.
We found a neat tree-swing and had a picnic in the shade.
We panned for "gold" and played in the water some more.
Then on our way home we hiked to a cave and saw some pretty neat pictographs or hieroglyphs or whatever the correct term is for them :)
I sure am gonna miss being able to hang out with all of our friends every weekend, but I'm so glad that I met them and I know that we will still stay close.
