Holidays always keep Brett and I "hopping" and Easter is no exception (ha ha ha hopping).
Friday I got to spend some time with my family cleaning house and then riding horses. My dad has a horse named Trouble that hasn't been ridden in 5+ years and we got on him. He didn't give us any problem whatsoever. My dad was so happy and I was happy just to get to spend some one-on-one time with my dad and get on a horse.
Later that evening, Brett and I got to go to sweet little Addie's 3rd birthday party! She was so excited to have everyone there and wearing party hats ha ha!
Saturday we loaded up the Wildcat (Brett finally finished building his new cage) and headed to St. George for my families Easter picnic. It was hot and lots of weeds, but it was nice to get together with everyone.
Kym cutting my pants with a pocket knife. It was waaaayyy too hot.
Brett and I left a little early from the picnic to go to the Easter car show in Hurricane. We didn't get ti walk around much, but our friends had a car in it that was near the exit, so we sat by it and watched them all as they left. We also got to watch baby Curtis practice his waxing skills ha ha.
Saturday night we headed out to Snow Canyon for our friend Tyson's wedding, complete with roping and drinking. It's always a good time when the Cedar Boys get together. Everything looked so beautiful too!
Sunday morning, The Christensen's all headed down to St. George to see Dani's new baby boy, Easton, be blessed. And surprisingly I got to hold him, even if it was just for a few seconds. He is the sweetest cutest baby!
After the blessing was over, Brett and I stopped off in New Harmony for another Easter picnic and Pool Noodle Croquet game. Brett had more fun with the pool noodles prior to the game I think :)
